Tae Kwon Do is arguably the most popular martial art in the world and at MAASPi we are proud to be part of the United States Chung Do Kwan Association (USCDKA) organization founded by Grandmaster Edward B. Sell.

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art that primarily emphasizes kicks employing the leg's greater reach and power. Training generally includes a system of blocks, kicks, punches, and open-handed strikes along with various take-downs or sweeps and throws.
Tae Kwon Do is excellent for learning discipline and increasing your flexibility, speed, fitness, endurance and self-confidence.

Classes are led by Grandmaster Melanie Wyatt (9th Dan) and Master Dan Dorton (6th Dan) as well as a large number of Black Belts so that each student receives as much individual instruction as possible.
