My name is Nicole Collins and I am the summer camp director at Episcopal Day school. We had the opportunity to witness an awesome presentation by your martial arts academy yesterday. Both the instructors and children were AWESOME!!! They kept the audience attention throughout their presentation. They even used me for a demonstration. The Martial Arts Academy of Southern Pines is a fantastic place to train. I've been here for about 2 years now under the instruction of Master Dan Dorton and Gracie tested black belt Roy Marsh. It's a laid back center for instruction. There is no harsh training and everyone can move along at their own pace. They give you everything you need to be able to succeed so come in and check the facility out if would like to learn how to defend yourself properly. --Chris Bittner
There are some people we cross paths with in life, sometimes even indirectly, and they have such a positive impact on us without them even knowing. Their mere presence brings about elements of confidence, trust, and wisdom, along with professionalism, honesty and compassion for others. I am so proud to say that Grand Master Wyatt is one of those people to me, and I couldn't be more happier that she is in a position of leadership and mentor ship over my daughter at the MAASPI (Tae Kwon Do), demonstrating and teaching her amazing life skills. She and her team of excellent instructors are truly raising up children, encouraging them to become confident, respectful and responsible youth, students, and citizens.

Most of my family trains at MAASPI and I have to say it is a wonderful facility regardless of your age. There are classes daily in various disciplines. The staff are friendly, honest and courteous. The facility itself is very large, clean and can accommodate large groups. Moreover, the instructors are very good with the children regardless of age. The tiny tigers program, for those kids who are too young to start the traditional forms, is also a great program. Grandmaster Wyatt and Master Dorton run a wonderful place.
